Faculty180 Annual Evaluations – Step 0 Guidance
Faculty Submits Annual Report
Faculty will receive an email notification when the annual evaluation “case” has been opened. To open the annual evaluation:
- Click the View Case button in the email notification
- Or, navigate to Your Packets in the platform, and click View.

Choose the Packet tab at the top of the screen to see all required components.
- Faculty must regenerate the annual report/vita to capture any content that may have been updated after the annual evaluation case was created.
- View the report by clicking on the Annual Report.
Note: All data within the Annual Report is derived from the Activities you have entered for the given academic year. Any records that are not reflected appropriately in the report must be updated in the Activities menu. When activities have been updated, the report must be regenerated to capture the new data.

- Click Add in the Additional Materials sections of the packet to add supporting documentation your unit administrator may require. Note – There may be sections unique to your unit/college that are required.
- Submit each required section individually. Submit all sections by the deadline required by your unit/college. Sections will lock after submission.

If changes are required in the report after submission, the unit administrator or Faculty180 coordinator must unlock the annual report section so that it can be regenerated with new information. Requests to unlock can be emailed to your unit administrator/department chair, the college coordinator or institutional Faculty180 coordinator.
