Faculty180 – Fun Sized! Tip #7 – Other Teaching Activities
Other Teaching Activities is a category in Faculty180 that allows faculty to showcase teaching efforts that aren’t captured in the Teaching category. Courses that are captured in Banner are loaded into Faculty180 each semester into the Teaching category. There are often other teaching related activities for which faculty participate that are not captured in Banner, or go above and beyond their Banner teaching load. Those activities can be manually entered in the Other Teaching Activities category. Some examples of Other Teaching Activities include (but are not limited to):
- Teaching activities captured in systems other than Banner
- Curriculum Creation
- Course Redesign
- Continuing Education
