Faculty180 Reviews Case Statuses and Types

Faculty180 Reviews – State of a Case

In addition to statuses, cases are either in a state of being Active or Closed.

Active cases are those that are with the candidate for submission or in a workflow step for review.

Cases are Closed when the workflow has completed.

Faculty180 Reviews – Case Statuses

Case statuses are maintained at the administrative level.  A few of the statuses describe a particular pending state, as defined below, but when a case is routing and then closes the academic year will be applied as the final status.

20XX-20XX Academic Year – This status is applied to all cases, active and closed, to signify the academic year in which the personnel action applies.

Ready to Send to Candidate – Signifies that a case has been created but has not been sent to the candidate to complete required sections.

Case Re-Opened – Signifies that a case that was previously closed has been re-opened.

On Hold – A status used to stop a case without closing it.  When a case is ready to move forward the status can be changed back to the academic year.

Test Case – Used for test cases, only.
